2 Quacktastic Derby Duck Races this Weekend

We have 2 quacktastic Derby Duck Races this weekend raising thousands of dollars for nonprofit organizations.  We already have 16 Derby Duck Races under our belt for this season.  Two more races are riding the quacky momentum this Saturday, May 14, 2016 on the East Coast. 17th Annual Rubber Duck Derby 

Our first race of the weekend is the 17th Annual Rubber Duck Derby in Gainesville, GA. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hall County return to Lake Lanier at Clarks Bridge Park to race 20,000 Derby Ducks for their club. First of all, family and friends can enjoy a day of arts & crafts, jewelry, pottery, kids’ games, bounce houses, entertainment, vendors, food, health screenings and much more! At approximately 3pm EDT the Derby Ducks will splash into the lake and swim for 1st! This year’s prizes include Chick-fil-A for a year, a Yeti Cooer, passes to Walt Disney World and more! The quickest duck across the finish line will win the grand prize of $10,000!

All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hall County which will help youths can participate in the “Youth of the Year” leadership program, provide school supplies, provide healthy snacks, and more for the club! Don’t miss out! The quacky fun begins at 10am EDT!

Lucky Duck Race for Pace

Our second race of the weekend is the Lucky Ducky Race for Pace. 15,000 Derby Ducks are returning to Bradenton, FL to race for the PACE Center for Girls. This lucky ducky event will once again kick the day off with the Quickest Quacky 5k Race for Pace along the Riverwalk in which the top winners will have the opportunity to help release the Derby Ducks for the race later that day. Food and fun begins at 4pm EDT and at 5pm the Derby Ducks will swim to victory!

This year’s grand prize is a new Chevy Cruze sponsored by Cox Chevrolet (2-year lease or $6,000)! Be sure to be on the lookout for Quacky throughout the day and say hi while taking a selfie. The day will be filled with entertainment, games, and fun! All proceeds will directly help girls at the PACE Center for Girls who values all girls and young women, believing each one deserves an opportunity to find her voice, achieve her potential and celebrate life defined by responsibility, dignity, serenity and grace!
