We have two quacky Texas Duck Races for 4th of July weekend! A total of 10,000 Ducks will be taking the plunge for two fantastic nonprofit organizations. Check them out below!

The first Derby Duck Race of the weekend is racing for the first time! On Saturday, July 2, 2016 the Boys & Girls Clubs of Edinburg Rio Grande Valley will launch 5,000 Derby Ducks at Municipal Park at approximately 1pm CDT for a chance to win one of 10 quacky prizes. There is a $2,500 Visa gift card grand prize. Second place is a $500 airline voucher and 3-night stay in Chicago with tickets to a Cubs game and zoo. The 3rd place winner will win 2 concert tickets to 5 Seconds of Summer in San Antonio or Houston! Your duck adoption will directly benefit the 18,000 young people at the Boys & Girls Clubs RGV who rely on the club as an important stabilizing force in their lives. Two quacky Texas Duck Races for 4th of July weekend- CAC Duck Derby

Crisis Assistance Center Duck Derby

Our second race of the weekend returns for their 9th year.  The Crisis Assistance Center will once again race 5,000 Ducks at the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center in The Woodlands, TX on July 4th.  At 3pm CDT the Derby Ducks will float down the lazy river for their shot at one of three prizes! The third place duck win a wine tasting from Bernhardt Winery.   The second place duck wins a $1,000 gift card and the first place duck waddles home with a $2,500 gift card. Proceeds benefit the Crisis Assistance Center. The Center is a source of hope for Montgomery County residents experiencing financial crisis in basic needs of housing, utilities, food and clothing. Adopt a duck and help a family in need!
