21st Annual SERTOMA Great Topeka Duck Race
The Sertoma Clubs of Topeka support nonprofits such as the Big Brothers of Topeka, the Children’s Miracle Network, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Meals and Wheels, the East Topeka Senior Center, the Topeka Youth Project and the Ronald McDonald House. They also provide hearing aids to the elderly and support hearing loss prevention programs to elementary school children.
Where: Topeka, Kansas at Lake Shawnee
When: Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon CDT. Ducks launch at 4:00 p.m.
Highlights: Children’s activities start at 12:00 noon including midway games, arts and crafts, face painting, clowns, food and entertainment. Come early for the the hourly door prizes and free festivities. The event concludes around 5:00 p.m. and hot air balloons will take off at 6:00 p.m.
Prizes: Out of 10,000 ducks that are going to race, the first place prize is a 1983 Ford Mustang Convertible. Other prizes include jewelry, a one night’s stay at a lodge that includes waterpark passes, a $500 grocery store shopping spree and Kansas City Royals tickets plus many more awesome prizes!

2nd Annual Motor City Quack Attack
Who: Kids Without Cancer
Kids Without Cancer has been raising money since 19981 to fund the pediatric cancer research conducted at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and its affiliates. Cancer is the number #1 killer of disease of children in the U.S. and each year approximately 12,000 kids are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. Each duck adopted offers hope for tomorrow to a child who has been diagnosed with cancer.
Where: Madison Heights, Michigan at Red Oaks Waterpark
When: Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. EDT. Ducks drop at 2:00 p.m.
Highlights: Come enjoy an afternoon of game, music, a DJ, a photo booth, snacks, drinks for adults and kids alike. At 2:00 p.m., watch 5,000 rubber ducks race down the lazy river at Red Oaks Waterpark.
Prizes: Some lucky duck adopter will win the grand prize of $1,000! The second and third prize winners will waddle home with either $500 or $250.

15th Annual Las Vegas Lucky Duck Family Festival
Who: Foundation for Positively Kids
Foundation for Positively Kids mission is to to provide high quality healthcare services for medically fragile and/or developmentally delayed children, birth to 18, and their families in Southern Nevada. Proceeds from the duck race provide programs and services that have a positive effect on the growth and development of these children.
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada at Town Square
When: Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Duck launch at 3:00 p.m.
Highlights: The Festival offers an afternoon of fun with games, entertainment, vendor booths, a dance-a-thon, food and a chance to win great prizes. Come watch 10,000 ducks launch into the pond in Town Square.
Prizes: Get lucky with a ducky! Top ducks will be plucked from the pond and win fabulous prizes. One lucky duck adopter may win the grand prize of $250,000 if their duck is plucked and is a pre-selected winning duck.

2nd Annual Gwinnett Duck Derby
Who: Rotary Club of South Gwinnett County
The Rotary Club of South Gwinnett County is made up of business owners and community leaders with a heart to serve others in their community. Proceeds from the duck race will help fund college scholarships, youth leadership camps, support for literacy programs, the local Boys & Girls Club and many other deserving causes in the community.
Where: Gwinnett, Georgia at the West Gwinnett Park Aquatic Center
When: Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. EDT.
Highlights: Come watch 5,000 yellow rubber ducks race down the water park slide and race to the finish line to raise funds for Gwinnett kids. The Gwinnett Duck Derby is a family friendly event complete with food, youth activities and more.
Prizes: The first 3 lucky ducks that cross the finish line will win quacktastic prizes including a grand prize of $2500, a second place prize of $1000 and a third place prize of $500.
