It’s the final countdown for the first ever Zoom Duck Derby and Walk! The event will take place on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi Bay in Ohio. The fun begins at 8:00 a.m. with a wellness walk followed by the Zoom Duck Derby at 9:00 a.m. where 5,000 rubber ducks will splash into the lazy river and race to the finish line. All proceeds from the event benefit The Alpha Group of Delaware, a nonprofit that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
